14 DAY NO QUIBLE MONEY BACK WARRANTY

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason for a period of fourteen (14) days after the date of receipt, you may request a full no quibble money back refund for the item(s), excluding any taxes and postal charges.
To return a product, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting an RMA request form. No returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA.
If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise AND the original shipping box and packing materials it arrived in. Notify hifiandaudio.com immediately to arrange for a courier inspection and pick-up of damaged merchandise.

hifiandaudio.com accepts returns on merchandise within 14 days of receipt date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges to hifiandaudio.com on returned items unless the items were incorrectly shipped by hifiandaudio.com.

All products returned must contain all original items shipped in "as new" condition, including original boxes and packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. To ensure product remains in good condition, do not use the product box as the shipping box, repackage in another box with appropriate packing materials.

For your protection, hifiandaudio.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment to protect against loss and damage, and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Returns within 14 days of receipt date can be for exchange, repair, refund or credit. However, hifiandaudio.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to give a refund instead of an exchange, repair or credit.

Products sold by hifiandaudio.com or its authorised dealers are covered by a ninety (90) day labour and parts warranty, excluding vacuum tubes. Should your Separo product fail to operate within 90 days from the receipt date, hifiandaudio.com will repair it at no charge to you. You will, however, be responsible for round trip shipping and insurance. This warranty shall not apply to loss or damage in shipping, accident, unreasonable use, or buyer's negligence.

Separo Products sold by hifiandaudio.com or its authorised dealers are covered by a one (1) year labour and parts warranty, excluding vacuum tubes. Should your Separo product fail to operate within 90 days from the receipt date, Separo will repair it at no charge to you. You will, however, be responsible for round trip shipping and insurance. This warranty shall not apply to loss or damage in shipping, accident, unreasonable use, or buyer's negligence.

SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PLEASE NOTE, YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS IN ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
